What Your Experience Includes
Helicopter Lesson in a 4 seater helicopter (30 mins):
Your Instructor will brief you on the effects of controls and how a helicopter flies.
Shortly after take off you will be allowed to take the controls and actually fly the aircraft yourself over the area of your chosen location which could be the Chiltern Hills, Northumberland Coast and Castles, or along the beautiful south coast. Then you will steer the helicopter back to the airfield for to try some low level flying and hovering.
A trial lesson will give you an insight into the thrill of helicopter flight and leave you hooked forever. At the end of your flight you will receive a certificate signed by your instructor and you can even use this flight time towards attaining your pilot's license if you decide to take it further !
Up to two passengers may also share this experience at the discretion of the flying school.

How long does it last ?
The duration of this experience is approximately 60 minutes including briefings and tea/coffee.
Airborne time is 30 minutes.

Height Restriction 6'6'
Weight Restriction 17 stone.
Minimum age: 12 years
Also excluded are sufferers of epilepsy, haemophilia or any illness or disability that might make it unsafe to fly a helicopter.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 9 month's validity.
Public Liability Insurance is included for this experience.
As aviation requires good weather conditions, flights are subject to cancellation at short notice.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden from all events.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be excluded from activities..
Please note that there will be a £45 surcharge when flying from Carlisle and Newcastle airports. This will be charged when redeeming the voucher.
